Our online store is always open, giving you the possibility to shop whenever it fits you best. Due to maintenance work, it could occur that the store will be closed. For the sake of our customers, we endeavor to perform such work at night.

In order to shop with us, you must be in possession of a valid credit card accepted by us. You have the rights to inform us with your withdrawal without penalty and without justification, within 14-days from the day after delivery of your products.

NOTE: Please note that we only accept orders from private consumers, and that it is not permitted to place orders for or on behalf of a company through our web shop.


We can refuse or cancel your purchase in one of the following 4 situations, without being liable for any damages or costs.

  1. Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be controlled, or you are not an approved credit rating.
  1. Your order may have been placed for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with an offense or other illegal activity.
  1. There was an inadvertent error on the website, for example. a payment error etc.
  1. We could not deliver to the address which was meant for you.

Prior to any such action, we will notify you thru e-mail, to try to solve the problem as quick as possible.

NOTE: By placing an order at ACKITE, you make a physical action to buy the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We can only accept orders that are made through our website. We cannot accept orders that have been made thru: telephone conversations, e-mail, letter or fax.


You have 20 days return policy when shopping at

ACKITE offers you return for ONLY 50 DKK.

Send us an e-mail within 20 days after delivery if your intention is to return your purchased products. We will then help you with your return process.

To make it as easy as possible, you have the option to buy a return label for only 50 DKK, all included (e-tracking number, insurance, transportation etc.). We offer this service, so you do not have to deal with the high cost of shipping prices. These prices can easily be up to 70-80DKK for a small parcel package.

By using our return portal below, you can buy a return label for only 50 DKK., This ensures that the products will be delivered directly to us at our stock.


NOTE: When you buy a return label thru our portal, your shipment is sent as an insured package which means, it has a e-tracking number. If you decide sending back the package in your own way, you must know that all the responsibility lies with you.



The following points must be followed by return or exchange

  1. Pack the products you want to send back to us – they must be packed in the original shipping box, so they are well protected.
  1. Fill out the return form, print it and place it in the package, along with the products. Attach the printed shipping label in the plastic pocket you received with your order and place it on the outside of the package.
  1. The form helps us to process your return or exchange faster.
  1. If you have not bought your return form you can always purchase one thru

our return portal or contact us and we will help you.

  1. The return label contains your address and tracking number.
  1. Drop off your package at your nearest GLS shop.

If you place your order by credit card, the payment will be deducted from your bank account, when your order and the data has been verified and your ordered products leave our stock. If you place your order using PayPal or a debit card, the payment will be deducted from your account when we confirm your order. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your statement.


Once we have received and processed your request, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. We aim to process a refund within 3 days after receiving your package, when the refund is proceeding then we will send you an email to let you know that the amount has been returned to your bank account. After you have received the email, you must allow that it may take 5 -10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The time it takes depends on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside of our control. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative way to refund your order at.
